The Ascend Cohort Program is a flagship initiative of Black Excellence Inc, designed to accelerate the professional growth and wealth-building capabilities of Black professionals. Through a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship support, and networking opportunities, we empower participants to ascend to new heights in their careers and achieve financial independence. The program focuses on three key areas: personal development, professional advancement, and wealth creation.
Our transformative program offered by Black Excellence Inc that aims to provide holistic support to a community of professionals who aspire to be leaders in their communities. This cohort program offers two tracks: the Founder Track and the Professional Track, designed to empower Black professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve significant growth in their household income and enhance their personal and professional success.
OUR PROGRAM
For those interested in entrepreneurship, the Founder Track offers a comprehensive curriculum delivered through in-class sessions, virtual skills talks, and personalized coaching sessions. Participants will gain valuable insights into self-discovery, authentic leadership, negotiation techniques, team dynamics, and customer-focused mindset. The program also emphasizes networking, time management, emotional intelligence, and cultivating a growth-oriented mindset. Through guest speakers, exercises, and ongoing discussions, participants will build strong bonds with fellow cohort members.
The Professional Track is tailored for Black professionals seeking personal and professional growth. Participants will engage in in-class sessions, virtual skills talks, and activities designed to enhance their communication skills, work-life balance, empathy, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. The program covers topics such as effective communication, career acceleration, public speaking, overcoming challenges at work, and nurturing mentor relationships. Similar to the Founder Track, participants will benefit from guest speakers, self-discovery assessments, and a supportive community of peers.
Both tracks within the Ascend Cohort provide a comprehensive framework and a diverse range of topics, equipping participants with the necessary tools and skills to excel in their chosen paths. With the support of the Proximity platform, participants can track their progress, access valuable resources, and engage in meaningful discussions throughout the program. By joining the Ascend Cohort, individuals will embark on a transformative journey towards personal, professional, and financial growth, guided by expert facilitators and surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals
Participants will engage in self-reflection to understand their personal identity and how it influences their life and interactions.
Participants will explore the concept of happiness and what motivates them personally. They will understand the connection between progress and happiness.
Participants will engage in virtual skills talks focused on effective communication and building meaningful relationships.
