COMPETENCY MODEL
Black Excellence has partnered with Psychological Justice to develop a robust and effective Professional Development Competency Strategy. With the field of psychometrics gaining prominence in today’s business world, organizations recognize the importance of recruiting, training, and managing high-quality employees amidst rapid changes in various domains.
The competencies identified through the mapping process are then matched with the appropriate assessments, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of each member’s capabilities. This holistic approach allows for a thorough understanding of employee potential, areas of improvement, and future development opportunities.
By leveraging the expertise and methodologies of Psychological Justice, Black Excellence is committed to equipping its members with the necessary competencies, skills, and support to excel in their respective fields.
